By accessing, visiting, or using the NexusClimb website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.
NexusClimb operates as a platform facilitating transactions between users (Buyers) and third-party service providers (Boosters). We provide the digital marketplace and support infrastructure for boosting and related services. We are an independent entity and are in no way affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Riot Games, Inc.
League of Legends is a registered trademark of Riot Games, Inc. We claim no ownership over the game, its intellectual property, or any associated assets. The services provided are for the time and effort of our independent contractors.
The Buyer acknowledges that purchasing account sharing or boosting services violates the Riot Games Terms of Service. By utilizing our platform, the Buyer assumes all inherent risks associated with their game account. NexusClimb, its operators, and its boosters shall not be held liable for any account suspensions, bans, or loss of digital property resulting from the use of our services or the actions of the Buyer.
Our independent contractors (Boosters) are required to use Offline Mode and appropriate VPN routing where applicable. They are strictly prohibited from communicating with anyone on your friends list or spending any in-game currency (RP/Blue Essence) without your explicit written permission.
All payments are processed securely. A refund may be issued if the service has not yet commenced. Once an order is assigned to a Booster and the service begins, you waive your right to a refund. In the rare event that a service cannot be completed, compensation will be provided in the form of website credit proportional to the unfinished portion of the order.
During an active boost, the Buyer agrees not to log into the game account. Logging in disrupts the Booster's progress, compromises account security, and may result in the immediate termination of the service without refund.
